Here's how to view and adjust sync settings on your Pixel 6a if you're not receiving email and app notifications.
If you're not receiving email and app notifications, follow these steps to check your account sync settings.
Frequent account syncing can have a negative impact on battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Passwords & accounts
    .
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  5. Turn sync settings on Switch on or off Switch off as preferred.
    Available options may vary depending on the account type.
    To turn on master sync for all account types:
    1. Navigate:
      Settings
      Passwords & accounts
      .
    2. Tap the
      Automatically sync app data switch
       to turn on or off.
