MOTOROLA EDGE+ 5G UW - Use Multi Window

Here's how to use two apps simultaneously on your motorola edge+ 5G UW.
  • 'Multi window' is also referred to as split screen.
  • 'Multi window' allows multiple apps to be run on the current screen at the same time.
  • Not all apps support 'Multi window'.
  1. From the Home screen, tap the
    recent apps icon
     Recent app icon (lower right) to open the app cards screen.
  2. Scroll left or right to locate the preferred app.
  3. Tap the app icon (e.g., Gmail, Settings, Email, etc.) located at the top of the panel (figure 1) then tap
    Split top
     (figure 2).
    Options may vary depending on the app selected.

  4. From the Recent apps screen, tap the second app to be viewed.
    When on, tap the
    recent apps icon
     Recent app icon (lower-right) to open the app cards screen to change the current app, to close the split screen view slide the horizontal bar all the way up or down.
    Adjust the size of the apps by sliding the horizontal bar between the apps up or down.
