Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G - Uninstall Apps

Here's how to remove or delete apps if your Galaxy S21 FE 5G is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.
  • Apps included with the Android™ operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled (disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction).
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap the
    Filter and sort icon
     Filter and sort, tap the desired sorting option (e.g., Name, Last Used, etc.) then tap
    OK
    .
    If system apps aren't visible, tap
    Show system apps
     to turn on Switch on icon or off .
  4. Locate then select the appropriate app.
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To uninstall the app:
      1. Tap
        Uninstall
        .
      2. To confirm, tap
        OK
        .
    • To uninstall app updates:
      1. Tap
        Uninstall Updates
        .
        This option is only available when an update has been installed.
      2. To confirm, tap
        OK
        .
