Here's how to quickly set up your Orbic Tab8 5G.
If you need to transfer contacts and media from one device to another, follow these step-by-step instructions before activating your new Orbic® Tab8 5G™
To activate the device on prepaid service, refer to Set up Verizon Prepaid Service.
  1. If powered off, press and hold the
    Power button
     until the device vibrates and Orbic appears then release.
  2. From the 'Hi there' screen, select the appropriate language then tap the
    Start
     icon.

  3. From the 'Tablet Activation' screen, tap
    Next
    .
    If prompted, enter the account PIN then follow the on-screen prompts (see Account PIN FAQs for addtional info.
    If activating as a new device, ensure the old device is powered off.

  4. From the 'Set Up Wi-Fi' screen, select a network, enter the password then tap

    Skip
     to add a Wi-Fi network after setup is complete.

  5. From the 'Copy apps & data', tap
    Next

     to skip the step.
  6. From the 'Google Sign-in' screen, sign in to your Google™ account then tap
    Next
     or create a new one.
    Signing in to Google allows you to access Gmail™ and your Google apps.

  7. From the 'Google Services' screen, select the desired options then tap

  8. From the 'Set screen lock' screen, enter a PIN code then tap

     to enable a screen lock after setup is complete.

  9. From the 'Activate Voice Match for Hey Google?' screen, tap

     to fully set up and personalize your device.

  10. From the 'Anything else' screen, tap an option or tap 'No thanks' to skip.
    Available selections may vary depending on the options selected previously.
  11. From the 'Verizon Services' screen, select the desired services to turn on Switch on or off Switch off then tap
