Windows 11 - View Email Messages

Here's how to view email messages on your Windows 11 device.
If your device isn't running Windows® 11, refer to the Windows 10 instructions.
  1. From the Windows desktop, navigate:
    Start Start menu icon
    Mail app
    .
    If the Mail app is not pinned to the Start menu, tap or click
    All apps
     then select the Mail app.
  2. From the Inbox, tap or click a message to view.
    If necessary, tap or click the appropriate email account located in the lower left.
    1. If the message contains an attachment, tap or click the attachment to download.
    2. Once the download has completed, tap or click the attachment to open.
    3. View the attachment.
