Here's how to delete a personal / corporate email account from your Windows 11 device.
Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
If your device isn't running Windows® 11, refer to these Windows 10 instructions.
  1. From the Windows desktop, navigate:
    Start Start menu icon
    Settings
    Accounts
     (left-panel).
  2. Tap or click
    Email & accounts
    .
  3. From the 'Accounts used by other apps' section, tap or click the account you want to remove.
  4. Tap or click
    Remove
     to confirm.
