These procedures apply to the Windows® 11 operating system. Ensure your files are backed up and carefully follow the instructions so your data isn't lost.

Refer to the Windows support article, Recovery options in Windows 10.

To keep your apps and files, it is recommended to click the 'Restore from a system restore point' option and follow the directions provided.

If a restore point hasn't been created prior to this point, click

Reset your PC

and choose the 'Keep my files' option then follow the directions provided.

If the above options are not desired, review the remaining info provided and select the appropriate option.
