Windows 11 - Change the Browser Start / Home Page
Here's how to change the Edge browser start / home page on your Windows 11 device.
If your device isn't running Windows® 11, refer to Windows 10 instructions.
- From the Windows desktop, navigate:.StartEdge
- Tap or click theSettings and more icon
(upper-right).
- Tap or clickSettings.
- Tap or clickAppearance(left-panel).
- If preferred, tap the Home button switch to turn on
.
When on, the Home icon will display on the Edge toolbar. - Tap or clickSet button URL.
- Perform any of the following:
- To change the Home page URL:
- From the Home button section select one of the following:
- New tag page
- Enter URL.Enter or edit the custome URL location then tap or clickSave.
- To choose what happens when Edge starts:
- From the When Edge starts section select one of the following:
- Open the new tab page
- Open tabs from a previous session
- Open these pagesTap or clickAdd a new pageto enter a custom URL.
