Here's how to sync Google email, contacts, calendar, etc. on your Pixel 6 / 6 Pro.
Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Passwords & accounts

  3. Tap the account name (email address).
  4. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  5. Tap the appropriate data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Gmail™ Calendar, etc.) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the

    2. Tap
