MOTOROLA EDGE 5G UW - Google Backup and Restore

Here's how to erase all data on the SD / memory card in your motorola edge 5G UW.
Backups can't be restored from a higher Android™ version onto a phone with a lower Android version.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the middle to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    System
    Backup
    .
  3. Tap the
    Backup by Google One
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    If unavailable, from the 'Back up your phone with Google One' screen, tap
    Turn on
    .
    If disabled, existing backups are deleted from Google's servers.
  4. From the Account field, ensure you list the appropriate account (email address).
    You must enable 'Backup to Google One' to view account.
    To change accounts:
    1. Tap
      Account storage
      .
    2. Tap the preferred account or tap
      Add account
      .
When a Google™ account is added to your phone, previous backups are restored. This can be done by adding an existing Google account to your already active phone or by signing in to the same Google account while setting up your new or reset phone.
