Install Arlo App

Here's how to download and install the Arlo app to your Android or Apple device.
To download the Arlo app on your Android™ or Apple® iOS device, follow the steps below.

Android

Supported on Android smartphones and tablets running 5.0 or higher.
  1. Open the
    Play Store
     Play store icon.
    To access the Google Play™ Store, a Gmail™ account is required.
    If presented, review the Google Play Terms of Service then tap
    Accept
     to continue.
  2. Tap the
    Google Play search bar
     (at the top) then enter Arlo.
  3. Tap
    Arlo
    .
  4. Tap
    Install
    .
  5. If prompted, review the required app permissions then tap
    Accept
    .

iOS

Supported on iPhones and iPads running iOS 11.0 or higher.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    App Store
     .
  2. Tap
    Search
     (at the bottom).
  3. Enter 'Arlo' in the search bar then tap
    Search
    .
  4. Tap
    Get
    .
  5. If prompted, tap
    Install
    .
  6. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID to complete the download.
    An Apple ID is required for app downloads; it's the email address associated with the account.

    If you have Face ID enabled, double-tap the
    Side button
     then look at your screen to verify.
