TCL TAB Pro 5G - Volume Controls

Here's how to adjust the volume if your TAB Pro 5G doesn't vibrate or play sounds when receiving messages / email.
Adjusting volume controls can help if you're not getting notifications, sounds or vibrations when receiving texts or emails.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Sound and vibration
    .
  3. Adjust any of the following:
    Drag the slider left or right to adjust the level. If unavailable, ensure the Do not disturb switch and the Mute all sounds switch are turned off.
    • Notification volume
    • Media volume
    • Alarm volume
  4. Tap the
    Silent mode switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
The volume can also be adjusted by pressing the
Volume buttons
 up or down.
