Here's how to add a Samsung account to your Galaxy Watch4 / Galaxy Watch4 Classic.

If the Samsung ID credentials can't be remembered, they can be retrieved or reset.

If necessary, refer to Samsung support to create an account.

From the watch screen, swipe up to open the apps screen.

Tap the

Settings icon

Tap

Account and backup

Tap

Samsung account

then follow the instructions to sign in.

A new account can't be created from the watch.

You can sign in or create an account using your companion phone.

Sign in from the companion phone

From your Android™ or Apple® iPhone® smartphone, ensure the Galaxy Wearable app is installed and updated.

From a Home screen on your companion phone, open the

Galaxy Wearable app

Tap

Watch settings

Tap

Account and backup

Tap

Samsung Account

then follow the instructions to sign in or create an account.
