Here's how to factory / hard reset your Galaxy Chromebook Go if the screen freezes or app, audio or sync issues occur.
Perform a factory data reset on your device only if necessary as it removes your Google™account and all data including system data and app data.
  1. Navigate:
    Launcher Launcher
    Settings
    .
  2. Click
    Advanced
     then click
    Reset settings
    .
  3. Click
    Reset
     then click
    Restart
    .
  4. Click
    Powerwash
    .
    Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
    If needed, set up your device.
