Samsung Galaxy Book Go 5G - Remove eSIM Profile

Here's how to remove a cellular plan from your dual SIM capable Galaxy Book Go 5G.

This option is only available when an eSIM is activated.

Removing a cellular plan doesn't cancel your service. To cancel your service, contact your carrier.

Click the

Start menu icon Windows Start icon

Navigate:

Settings

Network & internet

Cellular

Click

eSIM profiles

From the 'Profiles for cellular data' section, select the desired mobile plan profile then click

Delete

Review the message then click

Yes

to continue.
