Reply to a Visual Voicemail Message - Orbic

Here's how to reply to a Visual Voicemail message with a text or email from your Orbic device via text message or email.
  • Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  • Only Verizon Wireless customers can receive Visual Voicemail messages.

Reply with a Text Message

  1. From the Apps screen, tap
    Voicemail
     .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, select a message.
  3. Tap the Menu icon or 'More'.
  4. Tap
    Reply
     then tap
    Message
    .
  5. From the message field, enter a message if preferred.
  6. Tap
    Send
     (to the right of the message box).

Reply with an Email

  1. From the Apps screen, tap
    Voicemail
     .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, select a message.
  3. Tap the Menu icon or 'More'.
  4. Tap
    Reply
     then tap
    Message
    .
  5. If prompted, select an email type to use.
  6. From the 'To' field, enter the email address.
    As the email address is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be selected at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  7. From the message field, enter a message.
  8. Tap
    Send
     (upper-right).
