MOTO G PLAY (2021) - Set Lock Screen Notifications

Here's how to manage how notifications appear on your moto g play (2021) when the screen is locked.
Lock screen notifications for apps (e.g., text messages, Snapchat®, etc.) can be customized to be shown or hidden when your screen is locked.
If a Microsoft Exchange account is set up on the device, notifications are off by default.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps & notifications
    Notifications
    .
  3. Tap
    Notifications on lockscreen
     then select an option:
    • Show alerting and silent notifications
    • Show alerting notifications only
    • Don't show notifications
