Here's how to turn 'Power mode' on or off to help manage battery performance for your Galaxy A12.
When turned on, 'Power mode' reduces your device's performance and limits vibration, location services and most background data.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Battery and device care
    Battery
    .
  3. Tap
    Power saving mode
    .
  4. Perform one the following:
    • Tap the
      Power saving mode switch
       to turn on Switch on icon.
    • To customize Power saving settings:
      1. Tap the
        Power saving mode switch
         to turn off Switch off icon.
      2. Tap the following settings to turn on or off:
        • Limit CPU speed to 70%
        • Decrease brightness by 10%
        • Limit apps and Home screen
