Here's how to manage emergency alerts (e.g., AMBER Alerts, etc.) for your Galaxy A12.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Notifications
    Advanced settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Wireless
    Emergency Alerts
    .
  4. Tap the
    Allow alert switch
     to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon:
  5. Tap any of the following to turn on or off.
    Presidential alerts can't be disabled.
    • Extreme alerts
    • Severe alerts
    • AMBER alerts
    • Public safety alerts
    • State/local test alerts
