Samsung Galaxy A12 - Add an Existing Google Account

Here's how to add your Google (Gmail) account to your Galaxy A12.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Tap
    Add account
    .
  4. Tap
    Google
    .
    If presented, use the current security unlock method (PIN, password, fingerprint, etc.).
  5. Enter the Gmail address then tap
    Next
     (lower-right).
  6. Enter the password then tap
    Next
    .
  7. To continue, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy then tap
    I agree
     (lower-right).
    To review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, tap the appropriate link then tap
    Close
     (bottom) when finished.
  8. If preferred, tap
    Back up to Google Drive
    to turn on Switch on or off Switch off then tap
    Accept
    .
