Samsung Galaxy A02s - Clear App Cache

Here's how to clear cached data if your Galaxy A02s runs slowly, crashes or resets, or apps freeze.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Ensure 'All' is selected (upper-left).
    If necessary, tap the
    Filter and sort icon
     Filter and sort icon (upper-left) then select
    All
    .
    This option only appears if any apps are disabled.
  4. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Filter and sort icon
     then tap
    Show system apps
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
  5. Tap
    Storage
    .
  6. Tap
    Clear cache
     (lower-right).
    This option may not be available for some apps.
