Here's how to cancel your Apple Arcade subscription.

Cancel Through Apple

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap
    Subscriptions
    .
    Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap
    Apple Arcade
    .
  5. Tap
    Cancel Subscription
    .

My Verizon app

  • If you enrolled before 11/3/2021 use the Cancel Through Apple section.
  • Managing your Apple Arcade subscription isn't available in the My Verizon app on Apple devices unless included in your plan. Use the Cancel Through Apple or My Verizon Website section to manage.

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
     My Verizon App Icon.
  2. Tap the
    Account tab
     (at the bottom).
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
    Only Account Owners or Account Managers can perform these steps, here's additional info on account roles.
  3. Tap
    Services & perks
    .
  4. Select
    See All
     from the 'Manage Services & Perks' section then tap
    Manage
     in the 'Apple Arcade' section.
  5. From the 'Apple Arcade' screen tap
    Remove
     on the desired line.
    Tap Remove
  6. To continue, review the changes then tap
    Confirm
    .
  7. From the Confirmation screen, tap
    Got it
    .

My Verizon Website

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:
    Account
    Services & perks
    .
    If accessing from a mobile browser, select the
    Menu icon
     horizontal line menu icon (upper-right) then navigate:
    Account
    Services & perks
    .
  4. From the 'Manage Services & Perks' section, select the
    More icon
     More arrow in the 'Apple Arcade' section.
    If necessary, select
    See All
     from the 'Manage Services & Perks' section then from the 'Apple Arcade' section, select
    Manage
    .
  5. From the 'Manage' section, select
    Remove
    .
    Tap Remove
  6. To proceed, review the message then select
    Remove Apple Arcade
    .
    It may take up to 24 hours for these changes to take effect.
