Follow the steps below to clear temporary files and free up storage on your device or SD card without losing info.

Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps

  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible:
    1. Tap the
      Sort and filter icon
       Sort and filter icon.
    2. Tap the
      Show system apps switch
       to turn on Switch on icon.
    3. Tap
      Storage
      .
    4. Tap
      Clear cache
       (lower-right).
      This option may not be available for some apps.

Clear All Cached Data
