Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G - Adjust Account Sync Settings

Here's how to view and adjust sync settings on your Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G if you're not receiving email and app notifications.
Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Auto sync data switch
     to turn on switch on or off switch off.
    Turning off auto sync will stop the accounts from automatically refreshing your data and delivering notifications.
  4. Tap an account or email address (e.g., Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  6. Tap the switch for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
    The items presented vary depending upon account type.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu icon (upper-right).

      Sync now
