Here's how to adjust the volume if your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW doesn't vibrate or play sounds when receiving calls / messages.
Adjusting volume controls can help if you're not getting notifications / sounds / vibrations when receiving texts or emails.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Sound
    .
  3. Adjust any of the following by moving the slider left or right:
    • Media volume
    • Call volume
    • Ring & Notification volume
    • Alarm volume
The volume can also be adjusted by pressing the Volume buttons (on the left edge) up or down.
