Here's how to view or clear the call history or delete individual calls from your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW.

View / Delete Call History

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up on a Home screen to access all apps then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap
    RECENTS
    to view the call history.
    To delete call history:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu icon (upper-right).
    2. Tap
      Delete recent calls
      .
    3. Select the individual call.
      Selected when a checkmark appears.
      Tap
      SELECT ALL
       to mark all calls.
    4. Tap
      OK
       (lower-right) then from the 'Delete recent call?' prompt tap
      OK
      .

Delete Individual Calls

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up on a Home screen to access all apps then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap
    RECENTS
     to view the call history.
  3. Tap the individual call you want to delete.
  4. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  5. Tap
    Delete from recent call
    .
  6. Select the individual call.
    Selected when a checkmark appears.
    Tap
    SELECT ALL
     to mark all calls.
  7. Tap
    OK
     (lower-right) then from the 'Delete recent call?' prompt tap
    OK
    .
