Here's how to erase all data on the SD / memory card in your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW.
This procedure erases all data on the SD / memory card. It's recommended to back up your data before formatting.
To perform the steps below, ensure the SD / memory card is inserted.
  1. Ensure your smartphone isn't connected to a computer via the USB cable.
  2. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  3. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Storage
    .
  4. From the 'Portable storage' section, select the name of the SD / memory card.
    The name varies depending upon the type of card used.
  5. If presented, tap the file type to open.
  6. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  7. Tap
    Storage settings
    .
  8. Tap
    Format
    .
  9. Review the disclaimer then tap
    FORMAT SD CARD
    .
    Allow several seconds for the process to complete.
