Here's how to clear cached data if your Galaxy S21 5G / Galaxy S21+ 5G / Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G runs slowly, crashes or resets, or apps freeze.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible:
    1. Tap the
      Filter and sort icon
       Filter and sort icon.
    2. Tap the
      Show system apps switch
       to turn on Switch on icon.
    3. Tap
      OK
      .
  4. Tap
    Storage
    .
  5. Tap
    Clear cache
    .
    This option may not be available for some apps.
