View discovery+ Reference Number - My Verizon Website

Here's how to view your discovery+ reference number via the My Verizon website.
The discovery+ reference number is needed when contacting Discovery support for troubleshooting purposes.
  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:
    Account
    Services & perks
     then select Services & perks overview.
    Only the Account Owner or Account Manager can perform these steps; here's additional info on account roles.
  3. From the 'Manage Services & Perks' section, click the
    More icon
     More icon in the 'discovery+' section.
    If necessary, click
    See All
     from the 'Manage Services & Perks' section then from the 'discovery+' section, click
    Manage
    .
  4. View the discovery+ reference number.
