If you need to sync data (e.g., email, contacts, calendar, etc.) for a Gmail™ (Google™) account on your TCL TAB 8", follow these step-by-step instructions.
Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
- From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
- Navigate:.SettingsAccounts
- Select the appropriate Gmail address.Multiple accounts may appear.
- TapAccount sync.
- Tap the appropriate data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Gmail, etc.) to turn on
or off

To perform a manual sync:- Tap theMenu icon
(upper-right).
- TapSync now.
