Kazuna eTalk MYFLIX - Enable / Disable / Modify Screen Lock

Here's how to set up, change or disable the screen lock option (e.g., password, pattern, etc.) for your eTalk MYFLIX.
If you need to enable, disable, or modify a screen lock (e.g., password, pattern, etc.) for your Kazuna eTalk MYFLIX™ follow these step-by-step instructions.
  • If using Microsoft® Exchange / Corporate sync, some screen lock options may be unavailable.
  • These steps can also be utilized to change the current screen lock setting on your Kazuna eTalk MYFLIX™

Pattern

An unlock pattern is created to access the device.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security
    Screen lock
    .
    If prompted to add a Google account:
    • Tap Add Google account now to set up an account.
    • Tap
      Continue
       to proceed without setting up an account.
      If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  3. Tap
    Pattern
    .
  4. Draw an unlock pattern (connecting at least 4 dots) then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Draw the same pattern again then tap
    Confirm
    .
  6. If prompted, tap one of the following then tap
    OK
     :
    • Show all notification content.
    • Show sensitive content only when unlocked.
    • Don't show notifications at all.
  7. To disable screen lock tap 'None' or 'Swipe'.

PIN

A PIN is created to access the device.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security
    Screen lock
    .
    If prompted to add a Google account:
    • Tap Add Google account now to set up an account.
    • Tap
      Continue
       to proceed without setting up an account.
      If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  3. Tap
    PIN
    .
  4. Enter a numeric PIN (4 to 16 digits) then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Re-enter the numeric PIN then tap
    Confirm
    .
  6. If prompted, tap one of the following then tap
    OK
     :
    • Show all notification content.
    • Show sensitive content only when unlocked.
    • Don't show notifications at all.
  7. To disable screen lock tap 'None' or 'Swipe'.

Password

A password is created to access the device.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:

    Security
    Screen lock

    If prompted to add a Google account:

    • Tap
      Continue
       to proceed without setting up an account.
