Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G UW - Enable / Disable / Modify SIM PIN

Here's how to change the SIM PIN for your Galaxy S20 FE 5G UW or turn it on or off.
Enabling the SIM card's PIN locks the card so Verizon services can't be used until the correct code is entered. If the incorrect PIN code is entered too many times, refer to My Verizon Website - Locate the 4G SIM PIN / PUK to obtain a new PIN Unblocking Key (PUK).
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security and privacy
    .
  3. Tap
    Other security settings
    .
  4. Tap
    Set up SIM card lock
    .
    If unavailable, ensure a SIM card is properly inserted.
  5. Tap the
    Lock SIM card switch
     to turn on on switch icon or off off switch icon.
    To change your SIM PIN, ensure the switch is turned on then do the following:
    1. Tap
      Change SIM card PIN
      .
    2. Enter the current SIM PIN then tap
      OK
      .
      The default SIM PIN is 1111.
    3. Enter a new SIM PIN then tap OK.
    4. Re-enter the new SIM PIN then tap
      OK
      .
  6. Enter the current SIM PIN then tap
    OK
