Here's how to turn 'Power saving mode' on or off to help manage battery performance for your Galaxy A51 5G UW.
  • Configuring the 'Power saving mode' helps conserve battery power.
  • 'Power saving mode' reduces your device's performance and limits vibration, location services and most background data.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:

  3. Tap any of the following:
    • Power saving switch
       to turn on on switch icon or off off switch icon.
      When off, tap
      Power saving
      to configure any of the following on or off:
      • Turn off Always On Display
      • Limit CPU speed to 70%
      • Decrease brightness by 10%
      • Limit apps and Home screen
    • Background usage limits
      Tap
      Put unused apps to sleep
       to turn on or off.
    • More battery settings
      Tap any of the following to turn on or off:
      • Adaptive battery
      • Show battery percentage
      • Show charging information
      • Fast charging
      • Protect battery
  4. Tap
    Optimize now
     to run optimization then tap
    Done
