  • Imported contacts can originate from multiple sources (e.g., work email, Facebook®, Google™, apps, etc.). View this info to determine the import source.
  • If you need to transfer contacts and media from one device to another, follow these step-by-step instructions before activating the new device.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Essentials
    Contacts Contacts icon
    .
  2. Tap a contact.
  3. Tap the
    Edit icon
     Edit icon (upper-right).
  4. View the contact source (dropdown menu above the contact name).
