LG Stylo 6 - Enable / Disable App

Here's how to turn pre-installed apps on your Stylo 6 on or off.
Some apps that come pre-installed (e.g., calculator, Google Play™ Store, Verizon Cloud, Call Filter, etc.) on your LG Stylo™ 6 can't be uninstalled; however, they can be disabled (turned off) so they don't appear in the list of apps on your device.
The option to
enable
 or
disable
 an app may only be available for apps that can't be uninstalled.

Enable App

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Application manager
     .
    These instructions apply to Home mode only.
  2. Tap
    App info
     .
  3. Tap
    Disabled
     (to the right of the disabled app).
  4. Tap
    Enable
     .

Disable App

Disabling an app may cause related apps to function improperly.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Application manager
     .
    These instructions apply to Home mode only.
  2. Tap
    App info
     .
  3. Tap an app then tap
    Disable
     .
  4. Review the prompt then tap
    Yes
     .
    If prompted, review the disclaimer then tap
    OK
     .
