Here's how to turn NFC on or off so compatible apps can transfer files from your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G.
Near Field Communication (NFC) allows the transferring of data between devices that are a few centimeters apart, typically back-to-back. NFC must be enabled for NFC-based apps (e.g. Android Beam) to function correctly.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Connections
    NFC and contactless payments
    .
  3. Tap the
    NFC switch
     (upper-right) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
