Here's how to turn video calling for your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G on or off.

From a Home screen, tap the

Phone icon

(lower-left).

If unavailable, swipe up to access the app screen then tap

Phone

Tap the

Menu icon

(upper-right).

Tap

Settings

Tap the

Video Calling switch

to turn on Switch on

or off

If eSIM is enabled, tap

Video Calling

then tap the appropriate switch to turn Video Calling on or off.

If presented, review the notification then tap

to confirm.
