Here's how to stop running apps if they freeze / hang or cause your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G to crash, reset or run slowly.

From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.

These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.

Navigate:

Settings

Apps

If necessary, tap the

Filter and sort icon

then tap

All

If system apps aren't visible, tap

Show system apps

Locate then select the appropriate app.

Tap

Force stop

To confirm, review the message then tap
