Here's how to reset settings if your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G can't connect to data or send / receive messages.
By performing the steps below, the following are cleared or restored to default values:
  • Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth® settings and paired devices
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    General management
    Reset
    .
  3. Tap
    Reset network settings
    .
  4. If applicable, select the preferred SIM card / eSIM.
  5. Review the info then tap
    Reset settings
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  6. To confirm, review the info then tap
    Reset
    .
