Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G - Place a Conference Call

Here's how to place a conference call from your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G.
HD Voice allows calling with up to 6 parties while in a Verizon 4G LTE coverage area; however, each additional call must be initiated by the call originator.
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon Phone icon
     (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Perform one of the following:
    • Enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      Dial icon Dial icon
       (at the bottom).
      If necessary, tap
      Keypad
       (lower-left).
    • From the Contacts tab (lower-right), select a contact then tap the
      Dial icon
      .
  3. Once the call is connected, tap Add icon
    Add call
    .
    If RTT is enabled, tap the
    Menu icon Menu icon
     (upper-right) then tap
    Add call
    .
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      Dial icon
      .
    • From the Contacts tab (lower-right), select a contact then tap the
      Call icon
      .
  5. Once the call is connected, tap
    Merge Merge icon
     (to the right of the first call).
    To disconnect from either party, tap the
    down arrow Down arrow icon
     (upper-right) then tap
    Drop
     (to the right of the corresponding call).
