Here's how to check available space if your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G runs slowly or crashes, apps freeze or you can't save media.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Battery and Device care
    Storage
    .
  3. View the available space.
    If an SD / memory card is inserted, swipe left to view storage details for the SD card.
If the device memory is full, these items may be moved from internal storage to an SD / memory card or removed from the device:
