Here's how to block messages and send unwanted calls directly to Voicemail for your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G.
Calls and messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the blocked list are automatically ignored and the call is forwarded to Voicemail.

Add Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. In the 'Add phone number' field, enter the 10-digit number you want to block then tap the
    Add icon
     Add icon.
    You can also use the 'Recents', 'Messages' and 'Contacts' buttons to select an entry.

Remove Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. In the list of blocked numbers, tap the
    Remove icon
     Remove icon next to the number you want to remove from the block list.
