If you need to remove a Google™ (Gmail™) account from your Galaxy A21, which often fixes login and email issues, follow these step-by-step instructions.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts

  3. Select the appropriate Gmail address.
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  5. To confirm, review the notification then tap
    Remove account
