Place a Visual Voicemail Callback - OnePlus

Here's how to place a Visual Voicemail callback on your OnePlus smartphone.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  1. From a Home screen tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from a Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. From the options, tap
    Voicemail
     (lower-right).
    If necessary, navigate:
    Phone
    Menu Menu icon
    Settings
    Call settings
    SIM (Verizon)
    Voicemail
    Visual Voicemail switch
     to turn on Turn on icon.
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) next to the appropriate message.
  4. Tap the
    Call icon
     Call icon.
