Forward a Premium Visual Voicemail Message - OnePlus

Here's how to forward a Premium Visual Voicemail message from your OnePlus smartphone.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

Gmail

  1. From the Phone screen, tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) from the appropriate message.
  3. Tap
    Forward
    .
    Only 1 message can be forwarded at a time.
  4. From the Send to prompt, tap Gmail.
    The message is forwarded as an .amr file.
  5. From the 'To' field, enter the recipient's email address.
    As the recipient's email address is entered, a list of matching contacts may appear and can be selected at any time.
  6. From the Subject field, enter a subject.
  7. From the 'Compose email' field, enter a message.
  8. Tap the
    Send icon
     Send icon (upper-right).

Messages

  1. From the Phone screen, tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) from the appropriate message.
  3. Tap
    Forward
    .
    Only 1 message can be forwarded at a time.
  4. From the Send to prompt, tap Messages.
    The message is forwarded as an .amr file.
  5. From the 'Select conversation' screen, tap
    New message
    .
    If preferred, you can select an existing conversation.
  6. From the 'To' field, enter the 10-digit mobile number.
    As the number is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be taped at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  7. If desired, enter a message in the body.
  8. Tap the
    Send icon
     Send icon (lower-right).
