Check / Delete Visual Voicemail Messages - OnePlus

Here's how to check for Visual Voicemail messages on your OnePlus smartphone.

Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

In order to perform the steps below, Visual Voicemail must be active.

From a Home screen tap

Phone

If unavailable, swipe up from a Home screen then tap

Phone

Tap

Voicemail

(lower-right) then perform any of the following:

Play message

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message then tap the

Play icon

If using Premium Visual Voicemail, view the text of the voicemail (at the top).

To turn the speakerphone on or off, tap the

Speaker icon

Delete a message

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the

Menu icon

next to the preferred message.

Tap

Delete

You can also check your voicemail by calling from your device or from another phone.
