If you need to record an audio file using the HD Audio Recorder app on your OnePlus 8 5G UW, follow these step-by-step instructions.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap
    Recorder
     Recorder app icon.
  3. Tap the
    Microphone icon
     Microphone icon (at the bottom) to begin recording.
  4. When finished, tap the
    Stop icon
     Stop icon (lower-right).
  5. When prompted, add a name to the recording then tap
    Save
    .
  6. From the Recorder screen, tap the appropriate sound file to play.
