OnePlus 8 5G UW - Link / Unlink Contacts
Here's how to link or unlink duplicate contacts in your OnePlus 8 5G UW.
The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (Gmail™,Microsoft® Exchange, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, the info can be separated back into individual contacts.
- From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
- TapContacts

- Select a contact.
- Perform any of the following:
- To link a contact:
- Tap theEdit icon

- Tap theMenu icon
(lower-right).
- TapLink.
- Select the contact to link.
- To unlink a contact:
- Tap theMenu icon
- TapView linked contactsthen tapUnlink.
- TapUnlinkto confirm.
