Here's how to turn vibrate mode for your OnePlus 8 5G UW on or off.
If you need to enable Vibrate mode on your OnePlus 8 5G UW, a setting that disables all sounds and only allows vibration for received notifications, follow these step-by-step instructions.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Sounds & Vibration
    .
  3. Tap
    Phone ringtone
    .
  4. Tap the
    Vibrate for calls switch
     on on switch.
  5. Tap
    Vibration Pattern & Intensity
     then set the following:
    Selected when a red dot is present.
    • Vibration pattern
    • Vibration intensity
  6. Tap the
    Back icon on switch
    twice to return to the Sound & vibration settings screen.
  7. Tap
    Default notification sound
    .
  8. Tap
    Vibration intensity
     then select an option (e.g., Light, Medium, etc.).
You can also activate 'Vibrate mode' by moving the
Ringer switch
 (right edge) until the vibrate icon Vibrate icon appears.
