Care Smart app - Delete a Watch

Here's how to delete a Care Smart watch via the Care Smart app.

Ensure the Care Smart app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store®).

Care Smart watches can only be deleted via the Care Smart app on a primary caregiver's smartphone.

Open the

Care Smart app

If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.

Select the correct watch wearer profile (upper-left).

Tap

Devices

Tap

Delete device

(at the bottom; may require scrolling).

Review the message then tap

Delete
